Vacuum furnace
Our vacuum furnace is compact, with dimensions of 450mm height x 400mm width x 650mm length (maximum gross weight 200 Kg), and is especially effective for on parts requiring high vacuum heating

Brazing furnace
Our brazing furnace enables highly airtight parts and strength-requiring parts to be manufactured uniformly on a massive scale at low cost by providing such processes as tough pitch copper brazing, silver-alloy brazing, or anti-oxidation annealing; a midway process of cold forging; continuously in an oxidation-free reducing gas atmosphere. |
Carburizing furnace for small parts
This is a carburizing/quenching furnace specific designed for small parts (maximum size of ɔ5 x 15) developed in-house. It is especially efficient at reducing unevenness of small parts between 1 and 2mm in size, and also minimizes any unevenness in quenching. |
T6 process furnace
A large-sized (H1000 x W2200 x L2000) strengthening furnace for aluminum, designed to enable full automation of solution heat treatment and aging treatment. |
Kanuc process and PVD process
The above-mentioned vacuum furnace quenching, tempering and combined treatments are available; and lead times have been reduced by implementing these processes in-house. |
